  POLICY FOR USE OF NAWILIWILI CLUBHOUSE AND/OR GROUNDS

FOR MEMBER-SPONSORED GROUP EVENT

  1. An Application For Use form must be submitted 30 days prior to any clubhouse use to allow time for discussion and approval by the Board of Directors.
  2. Only NYC members may submit an Application For Use.
  3. Cleaning fees and Damage/Security deposits shall be paid in advance of any approved clubhouse use.
  4. A certificate of insurance naming the Nawiliwili Yacht Club as 'also insured' may be required.
  5. Any use of the clubhouse and/or grounds is strictly non-commercial.
  6. No use of the clubhouse or grounds will be allowed by any group to promote religious or political agendas.

Forms to apply for clubhouse use are available by fax, email or postal mail upon request made to  info@nawiliwiliyachtclub.org  and are available online on the Policies & Officers page at http://www.nawiliwiliyachtclub.org .

Any clubhouse use requests involving more than 10 guests must be approved by the Board of Directors. Failure to submit an 'Application For Use' less than 30 days prior to the intended use date may be cause for denial of said use.
